Water Pump Pressure Switch
Water pump pressure switches turn the pump on when the pressure inside the water system falls below a predetermined setting one switches are electrically connected directly to the pump. Other systems may have the switch controlling a relay. Typically this relay is used on submersible pumps in which the operational power exceeds the capacity of the pressure switches' contacts.
