Thermal Mass Flow Meter A thermal mass flow meter is disclosed wherein a sensor board with at least one heating element and at least two temperature sensors locates inside a housing where the gas or fluid is flowing. The heating element is turned on and off and a microprocessor is programmed to calculate a flow rate based on a logarithmic function of temperature differences between a pair of sensor before the heating cycle and after the heating cycle.
