High Temp. Float Switch The Stainless Steel High Temp. Float Switch is universal point control meter. It is made up of an electric unit, a set of explosion-proof shell and robs or cable sensor. Auxiliary probe pole of the same drive should be added through the sensor, which solves the problem of material adhesion. The Stainless Steel High Temp. Float Switch is stable and reliable. It has good versatility and needs no maintenance. The Stainless Steel High Temp. Float Switch is not affected by the density of the materials, the size of the particles, the chemical elements, the electrical conductivity, high temperature and high pressure, which can be widely used in the process control of the liquid level or material level of the liquid, solid, slurry and interface. The Stainless Steel High Temp. Float Switch is a vertically mounted device designed to achieve reliable switching at higher temperatures. Mounting is in the top or bottom of the tank from the inside, so requires access to the inside of the tank. This type is capable of working at temperatures up to 200 ℃. The Stainless Steel High Temp. Float Switches are manufactured in 316 grade Stainless Steel, for those liquids and environments that require the use of Stainless Steel and will work in liquids of SG 0.65 minimum. The Stainless Steel High Temp. Float Switch action may be reversed by removing the float, inverting it and then refitting it to the stem. Typical application is in Deep Frying Oil Tanks. |
